Where should you stay when you first arrive in Australia? There are a number of options available to you that we can help organise through our college and associate partners.

1. Homestays - living with a local host/family (short-term)

• For students under 18 years old, this is the only option until they can choose otherwise when they turn 18. This option allows you to quickly immerse yourself in the local language and culture, whilst being in the company of an adult if you need help.

• For student over 18 years old, this is also a nice way to make local friends, ease into local life and practice daily English while you get more settled and look for more long-term options.

2. Rent a private home or student accommodation room (short or long-term)

We can help you find a private rental home in a location of your choice and help you understand all the rights and obligations afforded to you and your landlord, as well as what to do if you need help later on.

3. Rent a student accommodation (short or long-term)

We can recommend best student accommodations near your college. These dedicated student accommodations are usually equipped with modern study, fitness, and communal living areas so that you can get the most of your student life in one location.
